Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00 · Saturday 10:00–16:00

If we miss your call
We’re usually on a job, and we’ll text you back shortly. A WhatsApp with a photo is often the quickest way to give us a clear picture.
Response time
We aim to attend within two working days, often sooner, and we’ll tell you honestly on the phone when we can get to you.
Tell us about the problem
Fill this in with as much or as little as you know. Even “not sure what it is” is fine. A photo or two helps us give you a sharper answer: the droppings, the damage, the insect itself, the trail. Photos are easiest on WhatsApp, and we’ll match them to your form.
Form messages come straight through to the person who’ll do the work. We usually reply the same working day (by WhatsApp or text if that’s what you’ve chosen) and messages sent outside hours get answered first thing. And if you’re conscious of the neighbours: unmarked vehicle, no branded uniform. Nobody needs to know we’ve been.
